E-Mail Lists

Use listservs to learn your constituents' issues, and to communicate with colleagues

1. Find listservs by topic (constituents' issues)

  • Practice at no charge!
If you've wondered what's involved in running an online list, try running one composed of friends, family or colleagues, before you try it with your constituents. (A number of smaller nonprofits and advocacy groups are using this service to communicate among constituents. However, like many freebies it may not be there forever, so you need an exit strategy.)

2. FUNDRAISING-RELATED LISTSERVS (communicate with colleagues)

If any of these addresses are no longer operational, please check with one of the lists above to see if you can find an updated link; and notify lblancha@fund-online.com so that this page can be updated.

To subscribe to any except Cybergifts, send an e-mail to the "listserv" address. The message body should read:

subscribe [listname] [your e-mail address]

If additional information is needed, the server will send you an automatically-generated reply.
